Nice to meet you,

I’m Carola Victoria Schlögl-Ngum.

Founder of FutureKids Consulting

FutureKids Consulting was founded out of a clear conviction: educational decisions deserve independent, transparent, and well-founded guidance. Especially in a diverse and international city like Frankfurt, families need support that goes beyond opinions.

As an educational scientist (M.A.) with deep insight into the educational system in Frankfurt am Main, my work combines scientific rigor, system knowledge, and practical relevance. I translate complex structures and data into clear, actionable guidance for families.

I studied Educational Science at Goethe University Frankfurt, graduating with distinction, and gained early hands-on experience in daycare, schools, and other educational institutions during both my bachelor’s and master’s studies. Alongside my academic training, I worked as a peer tutor and gained research experience at the Leibniz Institute for Research and Information in Education.

Until the end of 2025, I worked at the Frankfurt Municipal Education Authority (Stadtschulamt Frankfurt am Main) in the Department of Educational Strategy and Planning. As an educational planner, I was involved in municipal educational monitoring and strategic school development. My work included the analysis of educational data, coordination between public administration, schools, childcare providers, and independent educational organizations, as well as participation in strategic decision-making processes at the city level.

This role gave me a rare, inside perspective on how educational decisions are actually made, where transparency is lacking, and why many families struggle to find clear and reliable guidance within the system. As a mother myself, I understand the everyday realities behind educational decisions.

My goal is to offer parents clarity, confidence, and relief, so they can make educational decisions that truly support their child’s development and their family’s long-term well-being.
