Carola Victoria Schlögl-Ngum
I’m an educational scientist (M.A.), a mother, and the founder of FutureKids Consulting. Before starting my own practice, I worked at Frankfurt’s City Education Authority in education monitoring and strategic school development planning. I’ve also worked hands-on across Frankfurt’s full education spectrum — from daycare centers to after-school care to child welfare. This combination of system knowledge, practical experience, and my own journey as a parent is what makes my consulting different: I don’t just know the theory — I know how this system actually works.
